Использование цифровых инструментов интегрированных решений в области охраны труда

Abstract

Выполнен статистический анализ динамики несчастных случаев на производстве с утратой трудоспособности на один рабочий день и более в Республике Беларусь за период с 1990 по 2018 гг. С помощью методов корреляционного анализа подтверждена отрицательная линейная связь между коэффициентами частоты и тяжести травматизма на предприятиях Республики Беларусь за рассматриваемый период. Представлена динамика производственного травматизма в организациях концерна «Белнефтехим» за пятилетний период с 2004 по 2018 гг. Выполнен анализ используемых цифровых инструментов интегрированных решений для обеспечения охраны труда на производстве. Показано, что современные цифровые информационно-коммуникационные технологии имеют специфические особенности и берут на себя часть функций специалистов по охране труда, что позволяет соответствующим службам перейти на новый алгоритм обеспечения безопасности труда на производстве.= A statistical analysis of the dynamics of industrial accidents with the loss of ability to work for one working day or more in the Republic of Belarus for the period from 1990 to 2018 is performed. Using the methods of correlation analysis, a negative linear relationship between the coefficients of the frequency and severity of injuries at the enterprises of the Republic of Belarus for the observed period is confirmed. The dynamics of industrial injuries in the organizations of the «Belneftekhim» concern for the five-year period from 2004 to 2018 is presented. The analysis of the applied digital tools of integrated solutions for the purpose of ensuring labor protection at work is carried out. It is shown that modern digital information and communication technologies have specific features and assume part of the functions of labor protection specialists; and this fact allows the relevant services to switch to a new algorithm for ensuring labor safety at work.
