Abstract

Рассматриваются аспекты национально-государственного строительства в контексте концепции «конца истории» Ф. Фукуямы. Исследуется роль государства как института в процессе достижения «конца истории», определяется структура конца истории и вводится концепт «государство свободы». Раскрывается объем и содержание концепта «сильное государство». Осмысливается в контексте «конца истории» матрица силы (эффективности) и сферы влияния государственных институтов. Оцениваются эмпирические данные в целях обоснования корреляция политической свободы, эффективности государственных институтов и уровня экономического развития. Анализируются рекомендации Ф. Фукуямы по построению («state building») «сильного государства».= The article analyzes the aspects of nation - building in the context of the concept of "the end of history" by F. Fukuyama. The role of the state in the process of achieving the «end of history» is studied, the structure of the end of history is determined and the concept of «state of freedom» is introduced. The volume and content of the concept «strong state» is revealed. The matrix of power (efficiency) and the sphere of influence of state institutions is interpreted in the context of the «end of history». Empirical data are analyzed to substantiate the correlation of political freedom, efficiency of state institutions and the level of economic development.
