Понятие и признаки приемной семьи

Abstract

Исследуется проблема приемной семьи как формы устройства детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей. Раскрывается понятие приемной семьи на основании анализа существующей научной доктрины. Выделяются новые отличительные особенности приемной семьи как формы устройства детей-сирот. Обосновывается выделение видов приемной семьи с учетом правового статуса ребенка, передаваемого на воспитание в приемную семью, времени нахождения ребенка в приемной семье, состояния здоровья ребенка.= The article is devoted to the study of the foster family as a form of device for orphans and children left without parental care. The article reveals the concept of a foster family based on an analysis of the existing scientific doctrine. New distinctive features of the foster family as a form of device for orphans are highlighted. It also substantiates the allocation of types of a foster family, taking into account the legal status of the child transferred to foster care, the time spent by the child in the foster family, and the state of health of the child.
