Abstract

Исследуются проблемы методологии организации строительства в условиях инновационного развития национальной экономики, связанного с формированием нового шестого технологического уклада в мировой экономике, эволюционные взаимосвязи технологических укладов экономики, характер дифференциации и уровень преемственности технологических укладов при переходе мировой и национальных экономических систем с пятого на шестой технологический уклад в целях формирования методологии организации строительства в инновационной экономике, формирования механизмов эффективного развития строительства как одной из несущих отраслей нового технологического уклада национальной экономики.=The problems of methodology of construction organization in the conditions of innovative development of the national economy associated with the formation of a new sixth technological order are investigated in the global economy, the evolutionary relationship of technological structures of the economy, the nature of differentiation and the level of continuity of technological modes during the transition of world and national economic systems from the fifth to the sixth technological way in order to develop a methodology for the organization of construction in the innovative economy, formation of effective mechanisms of development of construction management as one of supporting industries of the new technological structure of the national economy.
