Повышение качества подготовки специалистов по технической эксплуатации автомобилей совершенствованием курса «Проектирование предприятий автомобильного транспорта»

Abstract

Определены содержание, структура и методические особенности курса по проектированию предприятий автомобильного транспорта, цель которого – обеспечить будущего специалиста знаниями и умениями, достаточными для разработки планировки производственного участка и компоновки производственного корпуса высокого технического уровня. Совершенствование материала курса предполагает уточнение места проектирования предприятий и его частей в системе проектирования объектов производства различных видов. С учетом опыта изложения курса определены направления совершенствования его материала, подчиненные уточненной цели. Описаны методические особенности курса, выделены роль и значимость реконструкции и технического перевооружения частей предприятия, представлена оптимизация технического решения на основе геометрического моделирования с построением эпюры грузопотоков. Определены условия внедрения поточной организации различных производственных участков. Впервые представлен выбор композиционных центров при разработке компоновки производственного корпуса. Приведены на стадии проектирования мероприятия по технической эстетике предприятия. Рекомендована оценка технического уровня проектных решений с помощью карты технического уровня.= The content, structure and methodological features of the course on designing automobile transport enterprises are determined, the purpose of which is to provide the future specialist with the knowledge and skills sufficient to develop the layout of the production site and the layout of the production building of a high technical level. Improving the course material involves clarifying the place of design of enterprises and its parts in the system of designing production facilities of various kinds. Taking into account the experience of presenting the course, the directions of improving its material are determined, subordinate to the specified goal. The methodological features of the course are described, highlighting the role and significance of reconstruction and technical re-equipment of parts of the enterprise, optimization of technical solutions based on geometric modeling with the construction of a diagram of cargo flows. The conditions for the introduction of flow organization of various production sites are determined. For the first time, the choice of compositional centers is presented when developing the layout of a production building. Given at the design stage of the event on the technical aesthetics of the enterprise. An assessment of the technical level of design solutions using a technical level map is recommended.
