Взаимовлияния междисциплинарных и межпрактических связей в правоохранительной сфере на примере теории и практики ОРД

Abstract

В целях более активного и широкого применения междисциплинарного подхода в развитии уголовно-правовых наук следует уделять более пристальное внимание методологическим аспектам установления и анализа связей между этими науками, равно как и связей между разными видами практической деятельности в сфере борьбы с преступностью. Особый научный и практический интерес представляет исследование взаимоотношений, складывающихся между взаимосоответствующими междисциплинарными и межпрактическими связями. В статье рассмотрены условия проявления взаимовлияния разных наук и взаимовлияния разных практик, особенности развития науки и практики на основе учета междисциплинарных и межпрактических связей.= In order to more actively and widely use the multidisciplinary approach in the development of the criminal law sciences, more attention should be paid to the methodological aspects of establishing and analyzing the links between these sciences, as well as the links between different types of practical activities in the fight against crime. Of particular scientific and practical interest is the study of the relationships that develop between mutually appropriate interdisciplinary and inter-practical links. The article considers the conditions for the manifestation of the mutual influence of different sciences and the mutual influence of different practices, especially the development of science and practice based on the consideration of interdisciplinary and inter-practical links.
