Выбор экспертной группы для оценки профессионального риска

Abstract

Предложен метод определения количественного и квалификационного состава экспертной группы для реализации процедуры идентификации опасностей и оценки профессиональных рисков для работников. Определены профессиональные личностные качества членов экспертной группы и методы их диагностирования. Цифровизация предлагаемой методики позволяет оперативно и эффективно определить количественный и квалификационный состав экспертной группы, сформировать перечень потенциальных кандидатов в ее состав, а также разноуровневую базу потенциальных экспертов для последующего анализа эффективности их работы при реализации процедуры идентификации опасностей и оценки профессионального риска. Привлечение в рабочую группу наиболее компетентных экспертов приведет к повышению достоверности экспертных оценок и снизит неопределенность оценки уровня профессионального риска.= The following article offers a method for determining the quantitative and qualification composition of the expert group for the implementation of the procedure of the hazard identification and occupational risk assessment. It defines professional and personal qualities and ways of their detection by the expert group. The digitalization of the proposed methodology makes it possible to quickly and efficiently determine the quantitative and qualification composition of the expert group, form a list of potential candidates for the composition of the expert group, form a multi-level base of potential experts for the subsequent analysis of the effectiveness of their work when implementing the procedure for hazard identification and occupational risk assessment. The involvement of the most competent experts in the group will lead to the improvement of expert assessments and reduction in the uncertainty when determining the level of professional risk.
