Деятельность Совета по делам Русской Православной Церкви при СМ БССР по идейно-политическому и финансовому контролю над церковной жизнью (из отчетов уполномоченных 1954 – 1958 гг.)

Abstract

Рассмотрена деятельность уполномоченных Совета по делам Русской православной церкви при Совете Министров БССР по идейно-политическому и финансовому контролю над церковной жизнью в 1954 – 1958 гг. Значительное внимание уделяется вопросу выявления конкретных задач, решаемых Советом в названных областях его деятельности. Проанализировано состояние Православной церкви в Советской Белоруссии в начальный период партийного руководства Н.С. Хрущева и выявлены неизвестные ранее факты деятельности уполномоченных Совета в БССР. В результате исследования данного периода существования Совета по делам Русской православной церкви в БССР можно заключить, что направления его деятельности зависели от отношения государства к Православной Церкви и постановлений, издаваемых Советом Министров СССР и БССР, так как Совет являлся подконтрольным органом, который следил за исполнением государственных законов в отношении Церкви.= Discusses the activities of the authorized representatives of the Council for the Russian Orthodox Church under the Council of Ministers of the BSSR on ideological, political and financial control over church life in (1954- 1958). Considerable attention is paid to the issue of identifying specific tasks to be solved by the Council in these areas of its activity. The state of the Orthodox Church in Soviet Belarus in the initial period of the party leadership of N. S. Khrushchev is analyzed and previously unknown facts of the activities of the authorized representatives of the Council in the BSSR are revealed. As the result of studying this period of the Council for the Affairs of the Russian Orthodox Church existence in the BSSR, it can be concluded that the directions of its activities depended on the attitude of the State towards the Orthodox Church and on the decisions issued by the Council of Ministers of the USSR and the BSSR, since the Council was a controlled authority that monitored the implementation of state laws in relation to the Church.
