Становление партархива ЦК КП(б)Б (1921 – 1941 гг.)

Abstract

Начало формирования архивной базы по истории КП(б)Б относится к 1921 г., когда при ЦБ КП(б)Б был создан Истпарт. Одними из основных его задач являлись сбор материалов по истории партии и революционного движения, рассмотрение вопросов сохранности партийных документов. Создание в 1929 г. партархива закрепило обособленное хранение партийных документов. На протяжении 1930-х гг. перед архивом стояли задачи комплектования документами партийных, комсомольских и других организаций, документами, имевшими отношение к истории партии и хранившимися у отдельных лиц; консультирования организаций по вопросам обработки и передачи документов на хранение; обеспечения сохранности документов, их использования путем выдачи архивных справок и подбора документов для Института истории партии при ЦК КП(б)Б.= The beginning of the formation of an archival base on the history of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Belarus dates back to 1921, when the Istpart was created under the Central Bureau of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Belarus. One of his main tasks was to collect materials on the history of the party and the revolutionary movement, to consider issues of preserving party documents. The creation of the party archives in 1929 consolidated the separate storage of party documents from other documents. Throughout the 1930-s. the archive was faced with the task of acquiring documents from party, Komsomol and other organizations, documents related to the history of the party and kept by individuals; advising organizations on the processing and transfer of documents for storage; ensuring the safety of documents; their use by issuing archival information and selecting documents for the Institute of Party History under the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Belarus.
