Семантическая диффузность в устной публичной речи: нормативный аспект

Abstract

Статья посвящена нормативному анализу отдельных лексических единиц с диффузным значением в русской устной публичной речи г. Витебска. Исследование проведено на материале выступлений жителей г. Витебска, представленных в региональных выпусках новостей. Установлены факты семантической диффузности, нарушающие языковые нормы русского литературного языка и мешающие массовому адресату адекватно воспринять информацию. Сделан вывод о том, что содержательная неопределённость высказываний, представляющая собой один из результатов семантической диффузности, препятствует реализации двух основных функций устной публичной речи: информативной и воздействующей.= The article is devoted to the normative analysis of lexical units with diffuse meaning in the Russian oral public speech of the city of Vitebsk. The research was conducted on the material of speeches of the residents of Vitebsk, presented in regional news releases. The facts of semantic diffuseness that violate the linguistic norms of the Russian literary language and prevent the mass addressee from adequately perceiving information have been established. It is concluded that the meaningful indeterminacy of statements, which is one of the results of semantic diffuseness, prevents the realization of two main functions of oral public speech: informative and influencing. The article presents normative analysis of lexical units with defuse meaning in Russian authentic public speaking in the city of Vitebsk, selected from regional news reports. It identifies and examines samples of semantic diffuseness, violating norms of the Russian language impeding adequate perception of the news. The article claims that uncertainty of meaning of analyzed statements can result from semantic diffuseness of their lexical units, preventing the realization of two main functions of public speaking, i. e. informative and emotive.
