К вопросу о подготовке православных священнослужителей в Беларуси в 1941–1947 гг.

Abstract

В статье раскрывается процесс подготовки священнослужителей в Беларуси в 1944 – 1947 гг. Утверждается, что нехватка кадров священнослужителей была одной из главных проблем деятельности Православной церкви на белорусских землях в 1941 – 1944 гг. Подробно характеризуется деятельность богословско-пастырских курсов в г. Минске, Гродно, Новогрудке, Жировицком монастыре. Исследование основано на неопубликованных документах из Национального архива Республики Беларусь (фонд 951), архива Комитета Государственной безопасности РБ и архива Управление Комитета Государственной безопасности по Гродненской области, Государственного архива Гродненской области (фонд 478). Сделан вывод о том, что богословско-пастырские курсы не смогли решить кадровую проблему и для подготовки священнослужителей необходимо было открывать духовную семинарию с полным курсом обучения.= The article describes the process of training clergy in Belarus in 1944-1947. It is argued that the lack of clerical personnel was one of the main problems of the Orthodox Church's activities in the Belarusian lands in 1941-1944. The activity of theological and pastoral courses in Minsk, Grodno, Novogrudok, and the Zhirovitsky monastery is characterized in detail. The research is based on unpublished documents from the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (fund 951), the archive of the State Security Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the archive of the Department of the State Security Committee for the Grodno Region, the State Archives of the Grodno Region (fund 478). It was concluded that the theologicalpastoral courses could not solve the personnel problem and for the preparation of clergy it was necessary to open a theological seminary with a full course of study.
