Роль местных государственных и церковных организаций в области православного храмового строительства (1864 – 1890 гг.)

Abstract

В статье показаны два этапа формирования местных государственных и церковных организаций в строительстве православных храмов на территории Беларуси. Обоснована актуальность исследования и причины данного явления. В основной части определен кадровый состав губернских и уездных церковно-строительных комитетов (присутствий), подведомственных Министерству внутренних дел, и состав приходских обществ, их функциональные обязанности. Также представлены ответственные лица и их должностные обязанности по координированию этого вопроса в губернских палатах государственных имуществ Министерства государственных имуществ. Обозначена структура и взаимосвязь между ними на разных уровнях управления церковно- строительным процессом. Отражена роль генерал-губернаторов во всех направлениях этой области. В заключении сделан вывод о значении вышеперечисленных организаций в осуществлении церковного строительства на белорусских землях.= The article shows two stages of the formation of local state and church organizations in the construction of Orthodox churches on the territory of Belarus. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the study and the reasons for this phenomenon. The main part defines the personnel composition of the provincial and district church-building committees (presences) subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the composition of parish societies, their functional responsibilities. The responsible persons and their official duties for coordinating this issue in the provincial chambers of State Property of the Ministry of State Property are also presented. The structure and the relationship between them at different levels of management of the church-building process are outlined. The role of the governors-General in all areas of this area is reflected. In conclusion, the author draws a conclusion about the importance of the above-mentioned organizations in the implementation of church construction in the Belarusian lands.
