Партизанское правосудие на оккупированной территории Северо-Запада России (1941—1944 гг.)

Abstract

В статье представлены особенности партизанского правосудия на Северо-Западе России в годы Великой Отечественной войны. В статье рассматривается деятельность партизан и подпольщиков по выявлению пособников нацистского режима. Отмечается, что суды партизанских отрядов были одной из наиболее эффективных форм восстановления признаков государственности на территории, оккупированной противником. Выявлены сложности в организации борьбы с предателями. Показано, что даже в самой партизанской среде необходимо было проводить процедуры преследования. Отмечаются прецеденты нарушений военного порядка и даже преступлений в партизанских формированиях, представлены меры профилактики правонарушений.=The article presents the features of partisan justice in the North-West of Russia during the Great Patriotic War. The article considers the activities of partisans and members of the underground to identify collaborators of the Nazi regime. It is noted that the courts of partisan detachments were one of the most effective forms of restoring signs of statehood in the territory occupied by the enemy. Difficulties in organizing the fight against traitors are revealed. It is shown that even in the most partisan environment, it was necessary to carry out prosecution procedures.
