Проблематика и тенденции формирования внутренних пространств студенческих общежитий

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные направления развития образовательного пространства в Республике Беларусь. Выделены типы студенческих общежитий, характерные для определенного этапа становления. Рассмотрено существующее состояние жилой среды для студентов. Определены потребности и предпочтения респондентов в изменении архитектурной среды общежитий и разработке новых подходов для дальнейшей их реализации. Представлена авторская методика многофакторной оценки внутреннего пространства студенческих общежитий и приемы по его формированию. Данное исследование позволяет выявить возможности оптимизации архитектурной среды и обосновать необходимость разработки перспективной модели общежития для студентов с учетом мировых тенденций в развитии образовательного пространства.= The article discusses the main directions for the development of the educational space on the territory of our country. The types of student dormitories typical for a certain stage of development are structured and highlighted. The current state of the living environment for students on the territory of our country is considered. The needs and preferences of the respondents in changing the architectural environment of dormitories and developing new approaches for their further implementation have been determined. The author's method of multifactorial assessment of the internal space of student dormitories and techniques for its formation are proposed.This study allows us to identify the possibilities of optimizing the architectural environment and substantiate the need to develop a promising model of a hostel for students, taking into account global trends in the development of educational space.
