Факторы, влияющие на рыночную стоимость банка

Abstract

Изложены факторы, влияющие на рыночную стоимость банка. Отражена значимость такого фактора формирования стоимости банка, как система корпоративного управления. Показана связь между уровнем корпоративного управления банка и его рыночной стоимостью. В контексте системы корпоративного управления обозначены ее элементы, способствующие увеличению рыночной стоимости банка. Предложен подход расчета премии/дисконта за уровень эффективности системы корпоративного управления при проведении оценки стоимости банка.= the factors influencing the market value of the bank are stated. the importance of such a factor in the formation of the bank's value as the corporate governance system is reflected. the relationship between the level of corporate governance of the bank and its market value is shown. in the context of the corporate governance system, its elements are identified that contribute to increasing the market value of the bank. an approach is proposed for calculating the premium / discount for the level of efficiency of the corporate governance system when assessing the value of the bank.
