| Abstract: | The article defines the pedagogical staff and lists posts related to the higher education teaching personnel. Their rights and obligations are also defined in accordance with the existing and planned regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus. It was recommended to develop a comprehensive regulatory legal act "On the legal status of professors". |
