| Abstract: | The implementation of multiple technologies has changed the perception of delinquency. Individuals are under the risk of previously unknown crimes. The article proposes conceptions, means and motives of such crime as Ђidentity theftї. We conclude that the increased probability of this cybercrime should be taken into account by scientific society. |
