Abstract: The structure of the technological complexes using concentrated streams of energy for combined processing is considered. Communications between levels of elements of a complex are described. It is offered for definition of communications between making elements functional systems, functional subsystems and functional elements to build columns of trains. It is shown, that the analysis of counts of trains allows to establish quantity of interrelations between various levels of components. It is recommended for finding-out of expediency of creation of the technological complex using concentrated streams of energy for combined processing trains to unite and define conterminous communications and functional elements of a complex. It is offered to spend structural synthesis of technological complexes on the basis of the statistical analysis of communications on topological model, and parametrical optimization of communications is recommended for spending, using orthogonal planning of experiments. It is shown, that complex configuration unites working fields which are formed as a result of crossings of fields of a detail, tool and an energy stream in a working zone of technological system.
