| Abstract: | Social policy of an organization is one of the most important activities of an organization and management. Availability of social facilities and their efficiency increase staff motivation, allow attracting and keeping the best professionals. This article presents the theoretical aspects of the social policy of an organization. The various elements of social policy used in the institutions of the Republic of Belarus in the current difficult economic conditions are considered. |
