| Abstract: | The research deals with the current issues related to the legal regulation of intellectual property in the Republic of Belarus. The State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2016–2020 is studied in the article. The author analyzes the policy of managing intellectual property at universities and the experience of protecting industrial property objects in Polotsk State University. |
