| Abstract: | In this paper, we formulate a list of the main characteristics of the electron beam responsible for its technological properties and to be diagnosed, and propose the design of the electromechanical unit of the developed system that diagnoses the parameters of electron beams formed in electron-optical systems based on plasma emitters. |
