| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the concepts of the life cycle of non-movable assets, the economic and physical life terms. The analysis of the life cycle stages of buildings and structures was carried out, the characteristic features of each of them at the present stage of development were noted. The factors affecting the shortening of the building life cycle and structures at each stage were identified. |
