Проблема участия в политической жизни России в решениях съездов военного и морского духовенства в 1917 году

Abstract

В статье рассматривается дискуссия об участии военных священников в политической жизни государства, развернувшаяся на фронтовых и Втором Всероссийском съездах военного и морского духовенства в 1917 г. Военное духовенство поддержало смену власти в России. Установлено, что фронтовое духовенство высказалось за внепартийность священника (некоторые – с оговоркой на право священника, как гражданина, участвовать в государственном строительстве). Однако дискуссия, состоявшаяся на Всероссийском съезде военно-морского духовенства в Могилеве, завершилась принятием решения о праве каждого священника примыкать к политическим партиям, особенно в условиях приближающихся выборов в Учредительное собрание. Несмотря на это, часть делегатов признала результаты голосования нелегитимными, а решение – недопустимым. В статье также проанализирована дискуссия, связанная с выборами в Учредительное собрание.= The article deals the discussion about the participation of military priests in the political life of the state, which unfolded at the front and the Second All-Russian Congress of the military and naval clergy in 1917. The military clergy supported the change of authority in Russia. It has been established that the front-line clergy spoke in favor of a non partisan priest (some with reservations about the right of the priest, as a citizen, to participate in state building). However, the discussion that took place at the All-Russian Congress of the Military and Naval Clergy in Mogilev ended with the adoption of a decision on the right of every priest to join political parties, especially in the context of the upcoming elections to the Constituent Assembly. Despite this, some of the delegates recognized the voting results as illegitimate and the decision unacceptable. The article also analyzes the discussion related to the elections to the Constituent Assembly.
