| Abstract: | Анализируется элементы и особенности функционирования социальной сферы города Полоцка в период с окончания Великой Отечественной Войны и до распада СССР. Приводится подробный анализ послевоенного восстановления и последующего развития таких элементов социальной сферы, как здравоохранение, общественное питание, жилищная сфера, городские коммуникации, торговля, образование, культура и спорт.= The fullness and features of the functioning of the social sphere of the city of Polotsk in the period from the end of the Great Patriotic War to the collapse of the USSR are analyzed. A detailed analysis of the post-war restoration and subsequent development of such elements of the social sphere as: health care, catering, housing, urban communications, trade, education, culture and sports are given. |
