| Abstract: | Обоснована актуальность разработки логистической стратегии управления цепями поставок региона с целью повышения конкурентоспособности её участников и территории в целом, увеличения их вклада в устой-чивое социально-экономическое развитие страны. Разработана структурно-логическая модель формирования логистической стратегии управления цепями поставок региона, отображающая её приоритеты и задачи, ос-новные направления развития и ключевые показатели оценки её эффективности. Предложен алгоритм оценки результатов реализации логистической стратегии управления цепями поставок региона, позволяющий прово-дить оценку степени достижения прогнозных показателей на каждом этапе реализации стратегии, а также определять причины, которые воспрепятствовали достижению поставленных целей. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The article substantiates the relevance of developing a logistics strategy for managing the supply chains of the region in order to increase the competitiveness of its participants and the territory as a whole and increase their contribution to the sustainable socio-economic development of the country. A structural-logical model for the formation of a logistics strategy for managing the region's supply chains has been developed, reflecting its priorities and tasks, the main directions of development and key indicators for assessing its effectiveness. An algorithm for evaluating the results of the implementation of the logistics strategy for managing the supply chains of the region is proposed, which makes it possible to assess the degree of achievement of the forecast indicators at each stage of the strategy implementation, as well as to determine the reasons that prevented the achievement of the goals set. |
