| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются вопросы территориальной организации местного самоуправления в государствах англосаксонского и континентального права. Особое внимание уделяется последним изменениям в конституционном законодательстве указанной группы государств в области проведения реформы АТУ, проводится анализ национального законодательства в части построения территориальных основ местного самоуправления. Выявляются основные тенденции развития законодательства о местном самоуправлении в государствах континентального и англосаксонского права. |

Particular attention is paid to the latest changes in the constitutional legislation of this group of states in the field of ATU reform, an analysis of national legislation in the field of building the territorial foundations of local self-government is carried out. The main trends in the development of legislation on local self-government in the states of continental and Anglo-Saxon law are revealed. |
