| Abstract: | The article discusses the results of a study of the development of leadership qualities of female students. For this, a series of trainings aimed at the formation and development of responsibility, the acquisition of selforganization skills, planning activities, the ability to make decisions in conditions of high uncertainty and the development of communication skills was developed. |
