| Abstract: | What this article deals with is the features of the legal regulation of services provided by the subjects of agriecotourism. Certain problems of contractual regulation of relations in the sphere under consideration are revealed, and ways of their solution are proposed. The issue of the need to improve legislation regulating other types of tourism, including health tourism, is taking centre stage. |
