| Abstract: | The article is devoted to the analysis of the images of the child and Berlin in the novel "Emil and the Detectives". Emil is the main character. The setting of the novel is Berlin of the 1920s. The boy is faced with difficult situations and successfully deals with every problem to become a socialized person. |
