| Abstract: | The article examines the essential terms of a civil contract for rendering health tourism services. It is proposed to feature services forming the subject of this contract variety. Other conditions which will be essential for the contract for rendering tourism services are considered: those given in the tourism legislation or proposed by the parties. |
