| Abstract: | The paper will consider the issue of transforming the higher education teaching and learning experience with reference to an increasing movement toward application of information technology in the sphere of education. The article focuses on the approaches in higher institutions with the view of arranging educational environment, which could help to meet the requirements for graduates. |
