| Abstract: | Article is devoted to consideration of the photo as subject of copyright. The concept of creative activity is investigated. Criteria of novelty and originality of the work are analysed. The question of protectability of the photo is studied. Features of a legal regime of the "news" and "reporting" photo are considered. |
