| Abstract: | In this article the comparative analysis of corruption offenses according to the legislation of the CIS countries is carried out. Special attention is paid to the laws "About Fight Against Corruption" of the Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Ukraine and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conclusion proves that it is necessary to continue work on differentiation of responsibility for commission of corruption offenses. |
