| Аннотация: | The paper investigates the possibility of applying of the methods of judicial protection of the exclusive rights to the trademarks used on the Internet. It explains why special methods are ineffective to protect these rights. It is proposed to complement the legislation by the new method of protection of the trademark rights. |
