| Abstract: | The article deals with the theoretical aspects of strategic planning at the enterprise. It also reveals the special role of strategic planning which is considered to be the main factor that contributes to the strengthening of the competitive advantages of organizations. The analysis of the strategic planning of the OJSC "Osipovichsky Bakery" is given here and some ways of its work improvement is also suggested. |
