| Abstract: | Обращается внимание делового сообщества на тот факт, что созидательный потенциал финансов в современных условиях реализуется на практике не в полной мере. Причины такого явления далеко не всегда исчерпываются неэффективным финансовым менеджментом. Обращено внимание на теоретические проблемы отечественной финансовой науки, чрезмерную её дискуссионность. В качестве рабочей гипотезы высказано предположение, что проблемы и возможности активизации финансовой науки могут лежать в исторической плоскости её развития. Предложены пути решения исторических проблем распределительной концепции финансов. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The attention of the business community is drawn to the fact that the creative potential of finance in modern conditions is not fully realized in practice. The reasons for this phenomenon are not always exhausted by inefficient financial management. Attention is drawn to the theoretical problems of domestic financial science, to its excessive discussion. As a working hypothesis, it is suggested that the problems and opportunities for the activation of financial science may lie in the historical plane of its development. The ways of solving the historical problems of the distributive concept of finance are proposed. |
