| Abstract: | В статье изложены основные достижения в сфере информатизации в Республике Беларусь за период 2011–2015 гг. и их влияние на развитие правовых норм, направленных на обеспечение отдельных конституционных прав граждан. Приводятся значимые нововведения законодательства в исследуемой сфере и дается их оценка, как позитивная, так и критическая. Сделан вывод о необходимости выделения анализируемого периода в качестве самостоятельного этапа на пути к цифровой трансформации. |

Significant legislative innovations in the field under study are presented and their assessment, both positive and critical, is given. It is concluded that it is necessary to allocate the analyzed period as an independent stage on the way to digital transformation. |
