| Abstract: | В статье представлены итоги натурного изучения одного из корпусов комплекса зданий бывшей гостиницы «Гранд Отель», проводившегося в ходе строительных работ. Данный объект расположен в центре исторической части Полоцка по адресу проспект Ф. Скорины, д. 3 и д. 5. Нами предполагалось наличие в его составе более ранних монументальных сооружений XVII – XVIII вв. и связанных с ними движимых артефактов. В ходе изучения существующего здания выявлена коробка внешних стен постройки конца XVIII в., а также собраны связанные с её историей артефакты. Зафиксирован ряд элементов первоначальных планировок и архитектурного убранства, следы позднейших перестроек здания и найденные движимые артефакты, связанные с располагавшимися здесь учреждениями. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The article presents the results of a full-scale study of one of the buildings of the complex of buildings of the for-mer guestnitsa "Grand Hotel", carried out in the course of construction work. This object is located in the center of the historical part of Polotsk at F. Skorina Avenue, 3 and 5. We assumed the presence in its composition of earlier monu-mental structures of the 17th – 18th centuries. and connection movable artifacts associated with them. During the study of the existing building, a box of external walls of the building of the late 18th century was revealed, as well as artifacts related to its history are taken. A number of elements of the original layouts and architectural decoration, traces of later reconstruction of the building and found movable artifacts related with the institutions located there. |
