| Abstract: | В статье через призму исторических источников рассматриваются меры, принимаемые органами госу-дарственного управления по работе с населением, с целью обеспечения надежной охраны белорусско-украинской границы. Показан процесс эволюции восприятия Государственной границы Республики Беларусь в общественном сознании приграничного населения Брестской и Гомельской областей. Обосновываются некоторые предложения по оптимальному балансу между интересами безопасности и сотрудничества, совершенствованию правового механизма взаимодействия пограничных органов с жителями приграничья. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The article, through the prism of historical sources, examines the measures taken by public administration bodies to work with the population in order to ensure reliable protection of the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. The process of evolution of the perception of the State Border of the Republic of Belarus in the public consciousness of the border population of the Brest and Gomel regions is shown. Some proposals are substantiated on the optimal balance between the interests of security and cooperation, the improvement of the legal mechanism for the interaction of border authorities with residents of the border area. |
