| Abstract: | Определяется юридический характер «правовых стандартов» в области обеспечения безопасности использования атомной энергии. Проводится анализ актов права Евразийского экономического союза в сфере энергетики, в том числе использования атомной энергии. Дается описание содержания значимых региональных правовых документов в области обеспечения безопасности использования атомной энергии. Рассматриваются особенности энергетических стратегий странучастниц Евразийского экономического союза. Приводится сравнительноправовой анализ национальных законов, раскрываются сходные и различающиеся подходы к регулированию использования атомной энергии в мирных целях в странахучастницах Евразийского экономического союза в контексте заявленного стремления к формированию «единой» политики странучастниц Евразийского экономического союза. Устанавливается уровень развития внутринационального законодательства в области обеспечения безопасности использования атомной энергии странучастниц Евразийского экономического союза. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The article defines the legal nature of "legal standards" in the field of ensuring the safety of atomic energy use. It analyzes the acts of law of the Eurasian Economic Union in the field of energy, including the use of atomic energy. The content of significant regional legal documents in the field of ensuring the safety of nuclear energy use is described. The features of energy strategies of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union are considered. A comparative legal analysis of national laws is given, similar and different approaches to the regulation of peaceful uses of atomic energy in the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in the context of the declared desire to form a "common" policy of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union are revealed. The article describes the level of development of domestic legislation in the field of ensuring safety in the use of atomic energy in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. |
