| Abstract: | В статье в лаконичной форме отражено влияние достижений научнотехнического прогресса, включая развитие информационных технологий, биомедицины, генной инженерии, на формирование новых поколений прав и свобод. Помимо ставших уже классическими трех поколений прав и свобод (личных, политических, эко номических, социальных и культурных), выделяются информационные и соматические права. |
