| Аннотация: | В статье обосновывается важность интегрирования основ экологоправовой культуры в общество, независимо от правового положения в нем личности. Анализируются научные и доктринальные подходы к понятию экологической культуры, выделяются различные точки зрения. Предложен авторский вариант термина «экологическая культура». Также проводится анализ законодательства по вопросу закрепления терминов «экологическая культура» и «культура», ввиду отсутствия их правовой регламентации с точки зрения правового и экологического характера. Указывается на значение экологоправовой культуры в формировании основ экологических знаний, оно является определяющим для практической реализации в сфере экологического образования, обосновывается важность его нормативноправового закрепления в современных условиях. Автором статьи делается вывод о необходимости закрепления понятия экологической культуры на законодательном уровне, а также о значении экологических знаний как средстве ее формирования. |
| Аннотация на другом языке: | The article considers the importance of integrating the foundations of environmental and legal culture in society, regardless of the legal status of the individual in it. Scientific and doctrinal approaches to the concept of ecological culture are analyzed, different points of view are highlighted. The author's approach concerning the content of the term ecological culture is offered. The analysis of legislation on the issue of fixing the terms "ecological culture" and "culture", due to the lack of their legal regulation in terms of legal and ecological character is also conducted. The value of ecological and legal culture in establishment of foundations of ecological knowledge is pointed out, it is designated that it is determinative for practical realization in the sphere of ecological education, the importance of its normative-legal fixation in modern conditions is grounded. The author of article makes a conclusion about necessity of fixing of concept of ecological culture at legislative level. And also about importance of ecological knowledge as means of its formation.The article deals with the issues of increasing the effectiveness of the means of criminal law by the methods of legal education. Special attention is paid to the formation of incentives for lawful behavior through the informational impact on citizens of incentive criminal law norms. It is stated that awareness of the importance of the incentive regime of criminal law regulation should occur at the levels of professional and everyday legal consciousness. Education in the spirit of law, legality, should not be limited to legal education, but finds its final embodiment in the legal activity of the individual, expressed in legal culture. It is concluded that it is necessary to form programs of educational work, taking into account the possibilities of presenting evidence-based, high-quality, increasing the authority of law, explaining the essence and legal significance of socially active post-criminal actions of information by indirectly influencing the subject of legal relations. |
