| Abstract: | У артыкуле разгледжаны асноўныя палажэнні акта Люблінскай уніі 1569 года; дадзена прававая адзнака дзяржаўнай мадэлі Рэчы Паспалітай, згодна са зместам акта Уніі;вызначаны асаблівасці дзяржаўнага ладу Рэчы Паспалітай; праведзены аналіз навуковых поглядаў на сутнасць і гісторыкаправавое значэнне Люблінскай уніі; згодна з палажэннямі акта Уніі зроблена выснова аб палітыкаправавым стане Вялікага Княства Літоўскага ў складзе Рэчы Паспалітай. |
