| Abstract: | В статье приводится анализ объемно-планировочного и конструктивного решений здания производства тканых ковровых изделий (ПТКИ), построенного в начале ХХ века в Витебске. На основании визуального и инструментального обследований строительных конструкций, поверочных расчетов и анализа полученных результатов сделаны выводы о техническом состоянии конструкций и даны рекомендации, необходимые для дальнейшей реконструкции и надежной эксплуатации объекта. Реконструкция исторического здания промышленной архитектуры поможет сохранить его для будущих поколений. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The analysis of space-planning and constructive solution of woven carpet products manufacturing building which was built at the beginning of the 20th century in Vitebsk was performed. On the basis of visual and instrumental exami-nations of building constructions, calibration calculations and obtained results the conclusions about technical condi-tion of constructions were made. The recommendations for its further reconstruction and reliable operation are given. The reconstruction of the historical building of industrial architecture will help to preserve it for future generations. |
