| dc.description.abstract | Автором сделан акцент на исследовании предмета преступления, предусмотренного ст. 337 Уголовного кодекса Республики Беларусь (далее - УК), его основных юридически значимых признаков. Проводится исследование видов продукции, являющихся предметом данного преступления, а также понятий «качество» и «безопасность» продукции, их соотношения, обращается внимание на имеющиеся понятийные расхождения в подходах к определению данных терминов.
