| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены отдельные направления работы органов социального обеспечения БССР, разра-батываемые для оказания помощи семьям фронтовиков и партизан, трудоустройства и профессионального обучения инвалидов Великой Отечественной войны, их протезирования и санаторно-курортного лечения. Пока-заны основные проблемы и трудности, с которыми столкнулась система социального обеспечения в процессе формирования кадрового состава, определены меры, которые принимались для их решения. |

The main problems and difficulties faced by the social security system in the process of personnel formation are shown, and the measures that were taken to solve them are identified. |
