| Abstract: | Old basic a vein(an inhabited) the fund includes various buildings: to a functional attribute, on a configuration in the plan, on a step of window apertures, on distance between staircases. According to it carry out re-planning: a reorganization of subsidiary premises(rooms), improvement of the internal organization of apartments, breaking up into smaler punits apartments, destruction existing apartments with change of dimensions, replacement or increase of number of ladders with the purpose of creation of a section lay-out, formation(education) of apartments in 1?2 rooms etc |
