| Abstract: | Данная статья посвящена анализу пути, пройденного Республикой Беларусь и Республикой Узбекистан в направлении перехода к «зеленой» экономике. Авторами оценен стартовый потенциал исследуемых стран на момент выхода из состава СССР, а также проведен анализ существующего уровня социально-экономического развития, достижения показателей устойчивого развития. Охарактеризованы экономические возможности Республики Беларусь и Республики Узбекистан в рамках «зеленого» роста, проведен анализ системы мотивации природопользования через налогообложение и возможности её использования для стимулирования экологоориентированного инвестирования. В результате проведенного исследования выявлены общие проблемы перехода к «зеленой» экономике в исследуемых странах, постепенное устранение которых позволит сохранить природно-ресурсный потенциал для будущих поколений и будет способствовать разрешению экологических, экономических и социальных проблем при реализации национальных целей и задач в области устойчивого развития. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | This article is devoted to the analysis of the path taken by the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan towards the transition to a “green” economy. The authors assessed the starting potential of the countries under study at the time of secession from the USSR, and also analyzed the existing level of socio-economic development and achievement of sustainable development indicators. The economic opportunities of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of green growth are characterized, an analysis of the system of motivation for environmental management through taxation and the possibility of using it to stimulate environmentally-oriented investment is carried out. As a result of the study, common problems of transition to a “green” economy in the countries studied were identified, the gradual elimination of which will preserve the natural resource potential for future generations and will contribute to the resolution of environmental, economic and social problems in the implementation of national goals and objectives in the field of sustainable development. |
