| Abstract: | Отмечается теоретическая и практическая значимость классификации конституционных ценностей. Анализируются конституции Республики Беларусь и других государств. Определяются основные подходы к фиксации общечеловеческих (универсальных) ценностей в тексте конституций различных государств. Рассматриваются региональная, общеевропейская и общеевразийская группы конституционных ценностей. Исследуется наци- ональный каталог конституционных ценностей, на основе которого осуществляется видовая классификация конституционных ценностей: первичные и производные; текущие и перспективные; уровней страт, семейств (слоёв), организационного; высшие и другие; абсолютные и относительные; социальные, цифровые и другие. |

The constitutions of the Republic of Belarus and other states are analyzed. The main approaches to fixing universal (universal) values in the text of the constitutions of various states are determined. Regional, pan-European and pan-Eurasian groups of constitutional values are considered. The national catalog of constitutional values is investigated, on the basis of which the specific classification of constitutional values is carried out: primary and derived; current and prospective; strata levels, families (layers), organizational; higher and others; absolute and relative; social, digital and others. |
