| Abstract: | The article covers the following questions: how to define competence related to innovation activities that should be improved; how to spot future competence needs; how to structure training programme to ensure effective delivery; how to define the content of SMEs training programme as their needs and abilities vary significantly. Literature review shows that there is no clear-cut answer to those questions. |
